We have been in the business of thermoforming since 1978. Starting from a small premises of 1000 square ft, today we operate a thermoforming facility of almost 20,000 square ft.
We are equipped with - right from small semiautomatic machines to high speed automatic thermoforming machines. This enables us to handle production of small quantity orders as well as orders of large quantities running into millions of parts. We welcome large and small customers with same ease and smile.
We also produce trays from flock (velvet) coated materials.
Having complete in-house design facility combined with CAD-CAM and CNC milling machines for tooling, we totally satisfy customer's delivery, quantity and quality requirements.
In association with our German associates M/S A&D Verpackungsmaschinenbau GmbH, we also offer custom built Thermoform-Fill-Seal (TFFS) packaging systems.
For our customers with small production requirements, we offer hand operated blister sealing machines, and also a small handy sealer for spot sealing of PVC/PVC and PVC/Coated packing.
Another specialized product manufactured by us are quality chocolate moulds. With over 500 registered customers, we supply our moulds to our customers all over the world.
